A holistically inspired life
A quick Google search will tell you an "Inspired" life is one of six pack abs, Pinterest-perfect home offices, daily yoga, and perhaps a lot of celery juice..... This is not only overwhelming, it's flat out wrong.
A life well-lived will look different for each of us and continue to evolve as we grow. That is why it's so critical to maintain a practice of reflection and a mindset of welcoming personal change. When I say “Holistically Inspired”, it's beyond one particular practice or area (eating, exercise, mindfulness, etc.) -- it's about seeing yourself as a continual vessel of change and evolution. It means not ignoring the hard changes but growing through them.
To me an inspired life is one of reflection, compassion (to yourself and outward), continual grace, humility, kindness, and perspective.
Below you'll find resources reflecting that mindset. If you'd like to dive deeper, I provide 1:1 coaching as well.
